Our goal is to help nurture and grow the skills of our pack members, elevating them to new levels as they navigate through this competitive industry. We're the underdogs, but that only motivates us to stay ahead and search for the spark that keeps the pack running when night falls.

The positions we offer are not paid at the moment and may not be suitable for those looking for paid internship roles. 🧑🎮 GAME DEVELOPMENT PRODUCER
TEAM: PACK LEAD
Role Overview:
As a Game Development Producer, you’ll be responsible for managing project milestones, sprint cycles, and cross-functional coordination across design, engineering, and QA. You will drive production planning, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth delivery from prototyping through to live service.
Responsibilities:
- Define and track schedules, sprints, and deliverables across dev teams.
- Lead stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Manage feature pipelines and dependency tracking.
- Coordinate with QA for test planning and issue resolution.
- Communicate status updates and support team morale and momentum.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years in game production; formal education in game production or equal exp. accepted
- Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and production tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
- Experience with Unity, Unreal, or custom game engines.
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate risks and adjust schedules dynamically.
Bonus:
- Technical background (e.g., programming or scripting familiarity).
- Experience in production ideation and workshop development
🧑✍️ NARRATIVE PRODUCER
TEAM: NARRATIVE
Role Overview:
WolfPack is seeking a Narrative Producer to oversee the production of narrative content, from branching dialogues to voiceover pipelines. You will coordinate between writers, VO teams, localization partners, and designers to ensure narrative content is delivered on time, fully integrated, and of the highest quality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the writing schedule and track script progress for in-game and cinematic content.
- Coordinate voiceover recording sessions and handle script integration tasks.
- Track localization needs and collaborate with partners for timely delivery.
- Act as liaison between narrative, design, audio, and cinematics teams.
- Support implementation reviews and narrative QA processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of production experience with a narrative or content focus.
- Familiarity with branching dialogue systems and narrative design tools.
- Experience managing VO production and localization pipelines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Bonus:
- Writing or editing background.
- Experience with remote teams and ‘big picture’ organizing.
🧑🎨 ART PRODUCER
TEAM: ART
Role Overview:
As an Art Producer at WolfPack, you'll coordinate cross-functional art teams, ensure milestone deliverables are met, and act as a liaison between creative and technical departments. Your role is to remove roadblocks, maintain schedules, and keep our visual output at peak quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Drive scheduling and production planning for internal and external art teams.
- Track asset pipelines and ensure timely delivery of 2D, 3D, VFX, and animation components.
- Maintain documentation and update project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ShotGrid).
- Communicate production goals and priorities clearly to team members
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate outsource quality
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years experience in art development or digital content production.
- Strong understanding of art workflows and pipelines.
- Proficiency in production tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Excel, Miro).
- Strong communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience managing cross-discipline teams in a game environment.
Bonus:
- Background in art or technical art.
- Experience coordinating with international outsource partners.
👾 LEAD GAME DESIGNER
TEAM: DEVELOPMENT & PROGRAMMING
Role Overview:
As a Lead Game Designer, you'll be tasked with guiding the development of World Soul and coordinating closely with our other teams (Development & Programming, Art, Narrative). This includes working alongside other team leads to establish expected outcomes for alpha/beta game versions.

A motivated and creative Pack member who is open to new ideas and able to delegate tasks to others as a lead. Someone who has knowledge of game production, with regards to deadlines, feasibility and scalability.
⌨️ GAME SYSTEMS DESIGNER
TEAM: DEVELOPMENT & PROGRAMMING
Role Overview:
As a Game Systems Engineer, you'll be tasked with creating and designing World Soul's game systems with scalability and user interaction in mind. This includes implementing core mechanics from game documentation into systems, to developing prototypes and tweaking them for balance. Examples of systems include inventory, economy, survival mechanics, stealth, camera, etc.

⚔️ COMBAT DESIGNER
TEAM: DEVELOPMENT & PROGRAMMING
Role Overview:
As a Combat Designer, you'll be tasked with creating and designing gameplay combat interactions for World Soul through a combination of combat system design and mechanics. This includes being mindful of user experience and ensuring combat is seamlessly integrated with the game's overall story flow.

🎨 3D CHARACTER ARTIST
TEAM: ART
Role Overview:
WolfPack is seeking a skilled 3D Character Artist to bring our characters to life. You’ll be responsible for modeling, sculpting, and texturing high-quality character assets that align with our visual direction and gameplay needs. This role requires a strong artistic eye and deep understanding of anatomy, silhouette, and production pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Create high- and low-poly 3D character models, UV maps, and textures.
- Work closely with concept artists and animators to ensure assets meet gameplay and visual standards.
- Optimize characters for performance across target platforms.
- Implement characters in-engine (Unreal) with appropriate materials and shaders.
- Provide feedback and maintain documentation for outsource character work.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience as a 3D character artist; or equal exp. accepted.
- Strong portfolio showcasing stylized or realistic characters.
- Proficiency with Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer, and Photoshop.
- Experience with rigging/skin weighting basics.
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine character pipelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus:
- Experience working with photogrammetry or character customization systems.
