WolfPack Game Design is on the hunt for new members! We are a fully-remote global team of creatives, driven by passion and a love for all things video games. Our goal is to help nurture and grow the skills of our pack members, elevating them to new levels as they navigate through this competitive industry. We're the underdogs, but that only motivates us to stay ahead and search for the spark that keeps the pack running when night falls.

WolfPack Game Design is run by volunteer designers and the contributions made by Pack members are on a volunteer basis. The positions we offer are not paid at the moment and may not be suitable for those looking for paid internship roles.

📌 We are actively seeking talented individuals to fill these exciting roles! While we encourage designers of all skill levels to apply, only those that we believe are a right fit for the team will be selected.

👾 LEAD GAME DESIGNER
Category: Game Programmer

Responsibilities:
The Lead Game Designer will be tasked with guiding the development of World Soul and coordinating closely with our other teams (Development & Programming, Art, Narrative). This includes working alongside other team leads to establish expected outcomes for alpha/beta game versions.

We're looking for...
A motivated and creative Pack member who is open to new ideas and able to delegate tasks to others as a lead. Someone who has knowledge of game production, with regards to deadlines, feasibility and scalability.

⌨️ GAME SYSTEMS DESIGNER
Category: Game Programmer

Responsibilities:
The Game Systems Engineer will be tasked with creating and designing World Soul's game systems with scalability and user interaction in mind. This includes implementing core mechanics from game documentation into systems, to developing prototypes and tweaking them for balance. Examples of systems include inventory, economy, survival mechanics, stealth, camera, etc.

A motivated and creative Pack member with experience working with game systems and scaling requirements.

⚔️ COMBAT DESIGNER
Category: Game Programmer

Responsibilities:
The Combat Designer will be tasked with creating and designing gameplay combat interactions for World Soul through a combination of combat system design and mechanics. This includes being mindful of user experience

We're looking for...
A motivated and creative Pack member who can create combat interactions that match the narrative of the game with ease. Someone who can coordinate with other designers and is open to new ideas.
